Fiber Coil Winding Machine

This system is primarily suitable for multi-layer automatic coil winding and blanking of products such as fiber rings, delay rings, and fiber amplifiers in the optical communications industry.

It can accommodate single-core optical fibers of various specifications, such as 160um, 200um, 250um, and 400um.

The fiber ring can produce fiber from two to four layers, i.e., four fiber tips and four fiber tails. The fiber tip lengths are adjustable, and both the tip and tail are electrically unwound and manually secured.

The production process eliminates any strain or scratches on the optical fiber.
